Counselling is een kortdurende vorm van gesprekstherapie. We kijken samen naar waar je nu staat en wat je daadwerkelijk nodig hebt. Het traject brengt verheldering over je diepere wensen, biedt concrete houvast bij het nemen van moeilijke beslissingen en ondersteunt bij rouw, zodat je weer met zelfvertrouwen de volgende stap kunt zetten.
Counselling is a short-term form of talk therapy. Together, we look at where you are now and what you really need. The process helps you gain clarity about your deeper desires, offers practical guidance when making difficult decisions, and provides support during times of grief and change, so that you can take the next step with confidence.
